Used in aromatherapy by inhalation to alleviate symptoms of mild anxiety such as restlessness and nervousness by inducing relaxation.
- Recommended dose: Adults: Add 10-25 drops to an ultrasonic diffuser, car or room diffuser according to manufacturer’s instructions
- Less is more; start with the lowest suggested number of drops and add according to your preference

HOW TO STORE: For best results, store all essential oil-based products in a cool, dry area away from direct heat, light and exposure to oxygen.
